1 yellow cake mix. Mix with 1/3 cup oil, and one egg. Mix until it crumbles. Reserve 1 cup.
Press the rest into an ungreased 9X13 pan. Cook at 350 for 15 minutes.
While cooking, cream together:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
Pour over cooked crust, sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top, and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
